Group Therapy
You may think that you are alone but you are not. There are others in the same boat as you and they too are looking for somewhere to belong. We are stronger together than we are separate. I offer groups for a variety of situations including those that have gone through the adoption experience.
Individual or Adoption Competent Therapy
Adoption is a life long process rooted in loss. The adoption triad (adoptee, adopted parents, and birth parents) has unique needs that a regular therapist may not be aware of. I offer adoption competent therapy to address these special needs.
Clinical Supervision
Are you interested in acquiring your clinical license? I offer supervision for individuals and small groups of no more than 6 participants. I offer open and closed groups sessions.
Mental Health Consultation
As a mental health consultant I work with organizations to provide emotional and mental health support by way of therapy intervention suggestions, resources and therapeutic support in times of crisis.
